Lawlab Coveyancing Fee – variable

Any property purchase, needs the services of a conveyancer to finalise the settlement of the property transfer to the new owners. These fees vary depending on factors such as purchase price, state, and the type of property.

Use the lawlab conveyancing calculator to estimate your conveyancing fee

Stamp Duty – variable

Each state is different and we recommend getting independent financial advice before purchasing a property. However, you may wish to use this stamp duty calculator to get an estimate of the stamp duty for your new property purchase. Remember this is a state government charge, and not related to Co-operty

There may be additional government or other fees payable, depending on your state and circumstances. As such, Co-operty always recommends seeking independent financial advice before purchasing a property.
