Co-ownership Agreement Fee
Our $1,599 Co-ownership Agreement Fee is made up of the following costs:
- Co-operty App Fee: $1,318 (including GST)
- Lawlab co-ownership execution Fee: $281 (including GST)
All fees are payable at settlement (that’s when the sale completes) and inclusive of GST.

You will also need to pay the following fees and duties in connection with your property purchase.
Lawlab Coveyancing Fee – variable
Any property purchase, needs the services of a conveyancer to finalise the settlement of the property transfer to the new owners. These fees vary depending on factors such as purchase price, state, and the type of property.

Stamp Duty – variable
Each state is different and we recommend getting independent financial advice before purchasing a property. However, you may wish to use this stamp duty calculator to get an estimate of the stamp duty for your new property purchase. Remember this is a state government charge, and not related to Co-operty
